Paul Leodori has litigated civil matters throughout New Jersey for more than 30 years on behalf of individuals and Fortune 500 companies. He is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and the New Jersey Business & Industry Association. Mr. Leodori is also a Rule 1:40 qualified mediator.

Mr. Leodori has served as the Chairman of the New Jersey Community Association Institution's Education Committee, served asmember of the New Jersey Community Association Institution's Litigation Action Committee, is the former President of the Medford Township Homeowner's Advisory Board and officer of several other community association Boards.

Mr. Leodori is a member of the New Jersey Bar, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has been involved in the following published opinions: Morton International, Inc. v. General Accident Ins. Co., 134 N.J. 1 (1993); Adron, Inc. v. Home Ins. Co., 292 N.J. Super. 463 (App. Div. 1996); Rieder v. State Department of Transportation, 221 N.J. Super. 547 (1987); Matter of Bridgeton Bulk Materials Handling Facility, 1993 WL 430119, 93 N.J.A.R. 2d (EPE) 203.

Upon completing his clerkship with the Honorable Anthony J. Sciuto sitting in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mr. Leodori became an Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor and thereafter served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General providing counsel to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the New Jersey Pinelands Commission and the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Amy Huber, Esquire

Amy Huber attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. While attending Rutgers, she interned in the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General, the General Counsel Office at Rowan University and worked along side staff counsel at the New Jersey Law Revision Commission with the New Jersey Legislature. After graduating, Amy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert G. Malestien, J.S.C. in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Cumberland County Vicinage.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Huber worked in the nonprofit sector raising funds, organizing and directing community events and managing marketing compaigns.

Ms. Huber has experience in landlord-tenant mediation and litigation, community association law, environmental advocacy and criminal law. Ms. Huber is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Assoication.

Kathy Foster, Paralegal

Kathy joined The Law Offices of Paul Leodori, P.C. in June, 2007. She has experience in coordinating all phases of document and deposition discovery in major civil, multi-party litigation. Also, Kathy actively works with community associations on a daily basis drafting liens, lien discharges and coordinating the collection of maintenance fees.

In addition to her legal experience Kathy has more than 15 years of experience working for a major human resources consulting firm specializing in employee benefits where she was directly involved in all aspects of human resources including hiring of personnel, compensation analysis and benefits orientation.

Trish has worked in the legal field since 1988 and has been with The Law Offices of Paul Leodori, P.C. since its inception in 2006. She is a certified New Jersey Notary Public and has paralegal experience in many areas of the law, including major litigation involving officers and directors liability, insurance coverage, insurance defense related to personal injury, including death, vehicular accidents, property damage and consumer fraud. Additionally, she has experience working with community associations relative to drafting and enforcing governing documents, drafting liens and coordinating the collection of maintenance fees.
